After working at Lodha Builders, building a solid network, and stepping into digital marketing, everything seemed to make sense. But deep down, I had a dream — to start something of my own, something that matched my passion for marketing, branding, and business growth.
That dream eventually took shape as TechSolvent, a digital marketing agency focused on helping startups and entrepreneurs with smart strategies and strong storytelling.
So I decided to take the leap. I left Mumbai with a dream: to start TechSolvent.

Pune: The Misstep That Redirected Me

I tried setting up in Pune, but the energy just didn’t fit. My roots were in Indore, and I felt the pull to return. And when I did, something amazing happened — my first freelance project came from a company I had once worked for. This project laid the early foundation for TechSolvent.

From Freelancer to Founder

In those early freelance days, without an office, I would sit in cafés for hours, working on client projects.
Those cafés became more than just a workspace — they became networking hubs. I met designers, writers, and developers there — people who eventually joined the TechSolvent team.
I started solo, handling SEO, backlinks, and site structure. But as clients asked for social media, design, and websites, I realised I needed a team. Slowly, I built one — and with it, the foundation of TechSolvent became stronger.

2019: TechSolvent Was Born

In 2019, I registered TechSolvent. The name came from the idea of technical solutions, but with a twist — I chose solvent to represent how we dissolve problems, not just solve them. We started small, but TechSolvent grew fast. We upgraded offices, expanded the team, and kept pushing forward.

Then Came the Pandemic

Like many small businesses, COVID-19 hit us hard.
Clients paused their projects. Retainers vanished. And as the founder, I still had salaries to pay. That’s when I turned to Upwork. It was new territory, but I was determined. In 2020, I landed my first international client from Salt Lake City, Utah. They gave me five keywords to rank—and I did it. Within a few months, they referred me to two more companies in the US and Canada. That was my breakthrough into international SEO. From there, it snowballed. I went from solo execution to managing a 10-person team again—this time stronger, smarter, and more focused. We started working with bigger names: ACTO, Vishal Corporation, Captain, and many more.
Every brand, every challenge, every campaign shaped what TechSolvent is today.

The Experiments That Followed

But I didn’t stop at TechSolvent.

I explored vlogging, created videos, tested YouTube formats, and experimented with storytelling on camera. I even ventured into software sales — offering ERP and CRM solutions to businesses.

In 2018, when Indore’s nightlife was almost non-existent, a friend and I started a night-only café. It was bold, unique, and full of character. The idea got attention, but I soon realised the food industry wasn’t my cup of tea.

Still, I have no regrets. Every attempt taught me something valuable. Each detour helped me see more clearly what truly drives me: solving business problems through marketing, helping brands grow, and building things that last.

What’s Next?

This wasn’t the overnight success story. It was the slow burn. The fall, the pivot, the persistence.
Today, TechSolvent isn’t just a marketing agency—it’s a home for passionate strategists, creators, and problem-solvers who believe in building brands with heart and data.
In the next chapter, I’ll share how I expanded our services, built systems, and started creating growth strategies not just for Indian clients—but for businesses around the world.
