The Flag Hoisting Ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries—Shree Mahesh Chandra Jain (DIG, Narcotics Department), Dr. Asha Mathur Ji (IPS), and Shree Santosh Shukla Ji, President of World Book of Records, London.
